Sound of Birmingham owner, Don Mosley, is a qualified Forensic Audio Expert. He has been accepted as an Expert in Local, State and Federal Court. He has given testimony on matters of tape tampering, tape/audio authentication, voice print analysis and digital audio manipulation. He has performed audio enhancements for attorneys, police departments, The Alabama Bureau of Investigation and The Alabama Attorney General’s Office. He has given depositions on numerous occasions. Don is a member of The Audio Engineering Society and The American College of Forensic Examiners Institute.
